Within the Highlands and Islands (HIAL) group of airports, we have a number of commercial property opportunities
Inverness Airport provides a number of property opportunities for third parties, serving both the travelling public and the various businesses that operate on site.
The airport generates a significant, and fast-growing flow of passenger traffic on a daily basis and in many ways has become a more reliable measure of retail footfall than most town High Streets in today’s economy! A range of retail and food and beverage businesses thrive in the Terminal building, in both the main concourse and departure lounges. These are operated under Concession agreements that require to be renewed from time to time, and HIAL are always interested to hear of new services that could benefit passengers and airport users. Existing retail and café concessions will be advertised as and when they expire, but spaces for innovative ideas can often be found so we encourage new enquiries at any time.
The Terminal has capacity for office users and serviced offices offer an excellent, cost-effective alternative to city offices for users travelling via the airport.
Elsewhere on the airport, both landside and airside, there are numerous commercial buildings and sites, providing hangar, workshop and office accommodation. Vacant space arises from time to time and will be advertised on this website and elsewhere, but fresh enquiries are welcome at all times.
